Hauntingly Happy Birthday

This card goes out to my dear BIL whose birthday is very close to Halloween.
This actually started out as a "Z" fold
but ended up as an easel card (my favorite!).
This is a very simple project to put together and can be completed in less than 1/2 hour.

Starting with black cardstock; make the Z-fold shape.
Add front design which is approx. 5", along with ghosts (PDDU) for accent.

Mat the inside, add computer generated sentiments
along with leaves (ACY) and spider and bat (WC).
Using shades of orange and black makes this a fun birthday card fit for an adult or child.

This is the last "Halloween" card for this season.....
on to Thanksgiving!

Boo Baby!

Here is the mate to "too cute to spook."
After starting with an orange background, I stamped the trees and spiders to form a border.
All cuts are Pooh and Friends.
I added some edging to the corners, scary branches and buttons for accents, a metallic ribbon for some bling, and the little faces are Peachy Keen stamps.
I am waiting for a new picture of Maddix in his Halloween outfit,
and it will replace the one in the frame.

I did add little gems in green and clear to the spiders' heads after this picture was taken.
Maddix' scrapbook is going to be awesome!  I did a book for my son also,
but that was before I had my Cricut and stamps!
I think everyone will have a great time looking through it as it progresses along.

I made the Cricut Chirp!

How cool is that!
My last LO with my grandbaby made the list.
I am soooo proud to have been chosen.
Thank you!

Believe...

Yes......I still believe in all things good; including the warmth of family and friends,
and Santa Claus!

Too cute to spook!

I am trying to keep up with my scrapbooking and thought this would make the first of a two page spread for halloween.
Of course my grandbaby, Maddix, is the star of this show!

All image cuts are from Pooh and Friends and Disney Classics.
The font and moon circles are PS.
The moon and pumpkins are CB embossed and popped.
I love the way it turned out and can't wait to make the other page!
