To all of my "retro" friends out there, you may have heard of the song:
"If I knew you were comin'
I'd've baked a cake....baked a cake....baked a cake."
Well, with all the birthdays coming up, the lyrics were stuck in my head and
just wouldn't go away, thus my inspiration for my latest project.
I am "regifting" this black gift bag!
The plain black was the perfect backdrop for my idea.
I started with scalloped circles from WW and embossed the white one with a Happy Birthday folder. The stainless steel oven, cake slice, and mixer are FMK, and Happy Birthday is ACY. The party swirls are a punch that I found lost in one of my craft drawers.
The sentiment is computer generated and matted 2 X.
All in all, I am pleased with the result. It'll make a cute gift bag for one of my birthday friends!
TFL!
