Let there be light!

This lantern is the best!
Only 2 cuts to make the sides, one for the bottom,
and 4 to finish off the inside.
 
 
I used a heavy-weight black cardstock to give it
a more sturdy appearance.
I used the template included in the Extras file to
cut the orange tissue paper for the sidelights.
After gluing the tissue into place, I added the finishing touches
to the insde, connected the wire handle, and finished
it off with 2 small rosettes.
I used a battery operated tealight for illumination.
This is soooo cute!

    1. The tissue paper is a solid sheet added to the inside...only the black cardstock is cut.
