I have been wanting to try my new Block Party cart for some time now, and finally got the chance today. I have been in "warm weather state of mind" ever since Punxsy Phil said there would be an early Spring. Nothing says Spring more than the aroma of the first BBQ floating through the air.
This started out as a birthday card for my son (who thinks he is the King of the Grill), but as I kept going, I think it would be more suited for a small table decoration. All the cuts are from the BP cart except the picket fence on the front, and that is an SVG file that I found on-line. I love this type of sidestep card - it's just a little bit different than what I am used to making. I had so much fun making this, but now need to come up with another idea for my dear son's birthday card. TFL!
Wow, Marcia! This is really impressive! Such a great job. I wouldn't know where to start with a sidestep card. You did an excellent job. I agree it would be a great centerpiece for your first cookout! I also wanted to answer your question about the Stylish Blogger Award. If you right-click on the award, you should be able to "save picture as" in your files. Then if you post or add it to your sidebar, you should be able to upload it from your files. Hope this helps.
